The Anne Treglia Clinic happens on the first and third Tuesday of each month at Tabernacle Church, located at 531 Pinewood Ave. Toledo, OH 43604. The entrance is on the side of the building nearest Pinewood Ave. Doors open at 4:30 pm and reception closes at 6:30 pm.

Our main CommunityCare Free Medical Clinic happens every Thursday evening (excluding Thanksgiving, and the three weeks of the university’s Winter Break) at the CedarCreek Church, located at 2150 S. Byrne Rd. Toledo, OH 43614. Doors open at 5:30 PM and reception closes at 7:30 PM. All patients who arrive before reception closes will be seen by a healthcare team.

Services that are available at Main Clinic include the following

·       Comprehensive primary care

·       Free shelf-stable food for patients, located near the patient exit (publicly available)

·       Vision screening and optometry referrals

·       Mental and behavioral health counseling referrals

·       Food pharmacy referrals for those with food insecurity and/or health conditions requiring special diets

·       Physical and occupational rehabilitation (appointment required)

·       Narcan/naloxone training and distribution

·       High blood pressure (hypertension) and diabetes education and management

·       Respiratory therapy and COPD education and management

·       Confidential and free HIV testing

·       Financial counseling

·       Information and assistance with signing up for health insurance

Our  Reproductive Health Clinic offers a welcoming and sex-positive style of care for our patients. Like our Women's Health Clinic, it occurs on the first and third Thursday of each month at CedarCreek Church. Those with acquired or chronic illnesses will receive excellent care at this clinic thanks to our licensed HIV counselors who will help you do what needs to be done to help best improve you and your health. This can include testing for common sexually transmitted diseases, education and information for safe sexual practices, as well as condoms and other medical products which are important for your health.

 Our CommunityCare Women's Health Clinic occurs on the first and third Thursdays of each month.No matter your health concern, beliefs or gender identity, we are here to help you stay healthy in an accepting and welcoming manner. This clinic offers general Obstetric and Gynecological (OB/GYN) treatments and screenings, reproductive counseling, family planning services, and well-woman screenings, including Pap smears. Please keep in mind that appointments are recommended for this clinic, as availability is limited, but walk-in visits may be available. Please call 419-318-2171 to make an appointment or tell a volunteer that you are interested.

 The Labre Traveling Clinic happens every Monday evening at two separate sites, and no appointment is necessary.

First, at 5:15 pm, we are in the Queen of Apostles parking lot at 235 Courtland Ave. Toledo, OH 43609.

Second, at 6:15 pm,  in the parking lot across the street from Helping Hands of St. Louis at 464 6^th St Toledo, OH 43605.

We stay at each of the two locations for approximately 45 minutes. Free food is provided by the Toledo Labre Outreach to the Homeless, which is organized by St. John's Jesuit High School and St. Ursula Academy. The Students Cultivating Access to Produce (SCAPula) also distribute fresh produce at both locations. Lastly, Narcan/naloxone distribution and training is also available at both Labre Traveling Clinic sites.

This clinic is being held with the purpose of providing preventative lead screenig to children in Toledo. >50% of students at Escuela Smart tested positive for lead toxicity. Lead poisoning has been an issue in Toledo and is especially harmful to elementary school level children. 

The Saints Peter and Paul Health Clinic happens on the second and fourth Sunday of each month at Saints Peter and Paul Catholic Church, located at 738 S. St. Clair St. Toledo, OH 43609. We begin seeing patients after mass concludes, around 1:30 pm, and finish seeing patients at approximately 3:30 pm.
